Enjoy your stay in our apartment

It is a cozy and comfortable apartment for two persons. There is two beds in room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The apartment is equipped with modern heating systems, Cable TV, Internet (Wi-Fi), and smoke detector.
Kitchen offers coffee, tea as well as spices if you wish to cook. There is also kettle. In Sarajevo you can enjoy great food for low prices, but if you wish to cook there are enough dishes in the kitchen. Fridge has an ice pack and juice/beer for our guests. Also there is full pack of tea glass and glasses for water and juices.
Living room have two comfortable beds, tables and work space.

Garden and Balcony

The guest can use a huge balcony for relaxation with approximately 30m2, from where you can have unique view on the entire city. There is also huge garden with 100m2 with a very unique atmosphere and beautiful view.

"I stayed in Riad’s appartment and one of the nicest experience of my 2 month travel in the Balkans. The appartment is located in a very safe neighborhood, litteraly 5minutes walking from the center of the old town. His place was pretty big and very cosy. In terms of quality for this very good price was the one of the best I’ve seen in all my travels. The place was comfortable and cozy and felt like home. The view on the terasse in astonishing. As for Riad, he greeted me even on a late arrival and took the time to explain me the city and nice things to do and see, in addition to his own recommendations. I would highly recommend anybody passing by Sarajevo to say at Riad’s appartment!"

"Riad is a very professional and fantastic host. Super friendly and helpful, prompt responses and helps for requests. And questions. That’s why I stayed at his apartment again; I was very lucky because his apartment is normally booked, which I can understand why. The apartment is sparkling clean and well equipped. All necessary goods are prepared. Only for five minutes to get the old town but is located very quiet residential area. Two mini markets for groceries are on the way to get the apartment. Highly recommend apartment and host. I wish I could stay longer. Thanks a million, Riad. I’ll come back to see you again once my plan is fixed to go back to Sarajevo!"

I was in Sarajevo with my sister. We stayed for three days at Riad’s apartment. It is in a perfect location, near the Bascarsija and the main square and spots of the city. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, we arrived at sunset and we totally fell in love with this place. The apartment is really nice and well equiped, it has everything you need. There are some parking areas in the neighborhoods, charged or for free. It is a really quite and safe area. Riad is a special host, he shared with us his knowledge about the city and its stories. He helped us with the car parking, it was really nice. Thanks to Riad’s availability and kindness, we felt like at home. If we will come back to Sarajevo we surely stayed at Riad’s again. Totally recommended
